Welcome to dealstore.lk. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms,” “T&C,” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the dealstore.lk website (the “Service”), operated by Wisdom Global Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.

By accessing or using the Service, you signify your unreserved acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

2.3. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account and make purchases on dealstore.lk. By creating an Account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

 

3. Products and Services

3.1. Product Descriptions: We endeavor to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our Products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of Products or Product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

3.2. Availability: All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our Products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

3.3. Pricing: Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise specified. While we strive for accuracy, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the Product at the incorrect price.

 

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1. Order Acceptance: Your placement of an Order does not necessarily signify our acceptance of your Order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your Order for any reason, including but not limited to Product unavailability, errors in Product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention department. An Order is confirmed only upon successful payment and our issuance of an Order confirmation.

4.2. Payment Methods: We accept payments via: * Debit and Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and other major card networks are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Your card details are encrypted and handled directly by these gateways. dealstore.lk does not store your full card details on its servers. * Bank Transfers/Deposits: For this method, you will be provided with our bank account details. Orders will be processed only after verification of the transfer/deposit. You may be required to provide proof of payment.

4.3. Payment Security: We prioritize the security of your payment information. All online card transactions are securely encrypted. While we implement robust security measures, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

 

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery Areas: We currently offer delivery services within Sri Lanka. Specific delivery zones and charges may apply and will be communicated at checkout.

5.2. Delivery Times: We aim to deliver Products within the estimated delivery times provided. However, these are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., public holidays, unforeseen logistical issues, natural disasters). We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

5.3. Delivery Acceptance: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. Upon delivery, please inspect the Products for any physical damages or discrepancies before accepting the delivery. We will not be liable for goods damaged in transit if the Proof of Delivery (POD) is signed, and the goods are accepted without immediate notification of damage.

5.4. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery.

 

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

6.1. Returns Policy: Our Return Policy, available [Link to your actual Return Policy page, if separate], outlines the conditions under which Products may be returned. Generally, returns are accepted for defective or damaged Products during delivery, or if the Product significantly deviates from its description. You must notify dealstore.lk via email at hello@dealstore.lk immediately upon discovering any defect/damage, preferably within 24-48 hours of receiving the product, providing clear photographic or video evidence.

6.2. Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within [X] business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will typically be issued to the original payment method. For bank transfer payments, refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by you.

  • To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

The Service and all Products and Content delivered to you through the Service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

 

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Sri Lanka.

 

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms).
