1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer shipping services across the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Specific delivery availability to certain remote or restricted areas will be confirmed during the checkout process.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on dealstore.lk typically undergo a processing period of 1-2 business days before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is generally 2 to 15 business days.
Factors Affecting Delivery Time: Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on several factors, including:

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.
5. Missed Deliveries & Unsuccessful Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner may attempt to re-deliver the package or arrange for pickup at a designated collection point.
In cases of repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer or unavailability, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Additional re-delivery charges may apply.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address and contact number are accurate and accessible.
6. Damaged or Lost in Transit
Damaged Items: If you receive an item that appears to be damaged during transit, do not accept the delivery without making a note on the delivery receipt (if possible) and immediately contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide your Order ID and clear photographic evidence of the damage.
Lost Orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated 15 business days, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate with our logistics partner to resolve the issue.
